DOPAMINE BREATH
Use this breath when you need to switch your state of mind quickly. Or if you need to come out of a stress state. It will release dopamine into your body.
Breath Deeply inhale the breath through puckered lips, as though you are sucking a thick shake up through a straw. The breath should be long and slow and very heavy. Pause at the top for a coupe of seconds, when the lungs are full. Then exhale through the nose. Continue in this way.
