Meditation to Balance Red and White Blood Cells and to Open 4th, 5th, and 6th Chakras

Sit in easy pose.


Mudra Left arm is bent with palm resting on the heart. Right arm is bent next to the body palm facing out. The Mudra is Christ Mudra: Hold down the ring/sun and little/mercury finger on both hands and have use the index/Jupiter and middle/Saturn fingers extended and together.


Breath the breath is like a snake. Breathe slowly, meditatively and with control taking the breath from the nose up to the third eye point and then down to the heart where the fingers are.


The nose is the mouth of the serpent and the inner side is the body of the snake. The secret of this is that it balances the distribution of the white and red cells. That's the most difficult to control. They say that is the area that defends your total health. Use this for 40 days to practice it and perfect it. This meditation is given to you because we are going to have a rough time ahead.
