Major themes right now are

  • We have a full moon in Sagittarius on Tuesday bringing in the fresh productive energy to deliver on your intentions and manifestations for this moon cycle

  • This week is the lead up to Winter Solstice (in the Southern Hemisphere) and is time to prepare for the longest night.. the lowest point of light and the final deep rest for the solar season. Preparing for a rebirth next Tuesday.

  • The moon is also traversing the final three signs of the zodiac this week and the solstice next week will occur in Aries, the first sign of the zodiac. This is a time to really bring things to a close.

Moon Weekly themes

  • Monday the moon enters Sagittarius on Moon Day

  • Tuesday (mars day) the Full Moon in Sagittarius occurs at 9:52pm. Time to reflect on what has come to light, what has not and what you are ready to release from your psyche for this moon cycle. Mercury comes home Gemini making this time a great time for writing, communication, journalling, receiving downloads and generating new ideas / programs etc..

  • Wednesday (mercury day) the moon moves into Capricorn bringing practical and driven energy to wrap up things that are needing to be completed and really getting on with any of the downloads from Tuesday

  • Thursday (Jupiter day, the day of expansion) the moon is still in Capricorn and you might find everything comes to a head if you're not careful.. be sure to put space around yourself or the building of the energy could become too much. You still have a great opportunity to be productive, but with care.

  • Friday (the day of Venus) the moon shifts into Aquarius and will stay here for Saturday & Sunday. Love is about to get weird and strange. Venus - the planet of love is in Aquarius the sign of futurism and alien concepts. Allow yourself to get lost in the weird and wonderful and even harness this time to do some things for pleasure that you wouldn't normally do. You have full permission to rest on the couch and watch documentaries about clients and eat chocolate!

  • Sunday the moon shifts into Pisces. Things become watery and fluid, try and take today off to settle after the week that has been, in preparation for winter Solstice on Tuesday.

Things to remember

The Ritual

🌸 Smudge the room and your body. Let the smoke absorb any negativity and invite it to bring harmony and love to your ritual area. It is so important to really take the time to provide yourself with a very relaxed and comfortable environment.

🌸 When you feel ready start running your bath. Make sure the water is a comfortable temperature, not too hot but also not too cold.

Add in some Epsom salt and also some Himalayan sea salt if you have any.

As the bath runs add your chosen oils a few drops at a time to the water. Pausing to smell the sent and allowing it to move through your senses.

When the bath is full you can add the herbs you gathered and maybe some flowers if you have any available. Rose Petals would be nice but anything you are drawn to in the garden will likely be the medicine you need.

🌸 Clear your mind by taking 3 deep breaths.

Then gently stir the bath with your hand or a crystal wand.

Perform 3 infinity symbols. Call in the energies of the North, East, South and West and the elements of Air, Earth, Fire and Water.

Take a moment to feel the energy of this Super Full Moon above you, Mother Earth beneath your feet and feel a connection to your higher self within.

When you are ready remove your clothes.

🌸 As you prepare to light the candles bring to mind 3 things.

Firstly what it is you are calling in most on this full moon.

Secondly what you are wanting to release.

Thirdly become aware of how you want to feel moving beyond this full moon. The vibration or frequency you wish to hold and share with the world.

🌸 One by one light the candles and place them close to the bath. When lighting each one think of each thing and really hold those thoughts in your minds eye for that moment.

🌸 Now, get into the bath and lie down and relax. Close your eyes and allow yourself to drift away. Think about everything that has been stressing you and all the people holding you back and just allow all of that to melt away. Bring it to mind and then release it. Once you have released everything you could bring to mind enjoy your bath.

Meditate and using your mind’s eye really let the energies within you come forth. Use these energies to expel anything within that is bothering you still. Allow this to go on for as long as you would like.

🌸 It is lovely to play a mantra and chant for sometime during the bath as a way of blessing yourself.

Choose the healing mantra Ra Ma Da Sa or the Guru Ram Das mantra. You could also practice the celestial communication for the full moon in the bath for added potency and magic (Sa Ray Sa Sa)

🌸 Once you feel complete take the plug out of the bath and allow the water to drain away as you lay there. Feel the drawing sensation of the water cleansing and clearing. Allow yourself to release and let go gently and easefully.

Then blow out each candle.

Step out of the bath and scoop up some of the herbs and last drops of water.

When you are ready take them to the garden and offer them back to Mother Earth in gratitude for her generosity, compassion and kindness.

🌸 Perhaps enjoy a warm cacao or a glass of red wine and journal about your experience as you sit infront of your fire or snuggle on the sofa.

Many full moon blessings and so much love 🌕 🙏🏼
